The Credit Bureaus say that I don't need to pay anyone to send disputes to the bureaus and that
I can do it myself. If that's the case, then why do I need you?
You know the deal right?
You dont need to pay anyone else to fix your transmission or your computer either. So why dont most
people do it? They dont have the same experrise that their mechanic or computer tech has. You dispute and if the creditor dont
respond in 30 days, the neqative item is deleted. But ask yourself this question, why wouldn't they verify? The problem
is that the creditors and bureaus routinely verify and verify to the loosest possible standards. We are going to do a
whole lot more than dispute bad credit. What the bureaus say is that you can dispute items yourself. We agree
100% with that. Anybody can write letters initiating the process. What they are forgetting to tell you is that if
"they" decide to claim the item is verified, you must take "their" word for it. This is
the fox guarding the hen house. The bureaus answer for a follow up appeal to "verifying" the information
is to write a 100 word statement explaining what happened.
However, the negative credit trade line remains but now you have ACKNOWLEDGED the debt.
What does that accomplish?
Then you are stonewalled with all kinds of trickery like asking you for copies of utility bills and SS cards.
When you attempt to reinvestigate it, you get back a notice saying the item has already been verified and it will remain.
Other times, they claim your dispute is frivolous and refuse to investigate. This is the game that stalls most consumers. You
get an entry stating that consumer disputes the item, but it remains on your report.
Big deal!
What does this to for your FICO score?
Nothing!
We anticipate and prevent the bureaus from stalling you. In addition to that, we get hard evidence
from the original creditor and challenge it as insufficient. We poke holes in validation
and exploit routine practices in the collection industry making validation almost impossible.
Since violations are rtoutine, we set the creditor up and get the attorney general to ORDER the item off by law. The
credit bureaus are completely powerless to stop you from getting items off in most cases. We use 3 bodies
of federal law that bind your creditors and collectors to civil liability. SENDING REPETITIVE DISPUTES TO THE BUREAUS
DOES NOT ACCOMPLISH THIS. We can raise your FICO score FAST! With our help every step of the way,
you will avoid beginner mistakes that slow down or thwart the process all together.
How much will all of this cost me?
We charge $275.00 for individuals and $300.00 for couples.
Can I get payments?
Yes, we ask for $75.00 down and give you four payments of $50.00.
Add $25 to each for married couples.
Any other expenses?
In some cases, it may be necessary to add 5-10 years of good credit to your score.
We can show you how to add past paid monthly bills such as cell phone, utilities, rent, insurance, daycare and cable bills
to your credit report. This can add up to as much as 80 points to your score within 30 days. We recommend this wholeheartedly.
This runs about $15.00 per account to verify the information. Again, this is a one time expense.
This program is optional but highly recommended for those who want to MAXIMIZE their score. Any credit that
can be verified can be added.
However, in many cases, this program is not necessary.
Who does the work?
We do but we do require your participation. You must understand that we are not you and can not stand up
for your rights withpout being an attorney. That is why attorneys charge about $3000.00 to do this. Without your cooperation,
the collectors and bureaus can hide behind your privacy and confidentiality rights. Everything must appear as if it came from
you. All return correspondence from your credtors is sent to you direct. All we need you to do is forward it to us for
review. We even go to the post office for you and draft all letters.
We do just about everything.
What do I get?
You will get a significant raise in your FICO score. We will use every legal means to raise
your score. Our goal is for you to exceed a 720 FICO score. This will guarantee that you get the top intereat rates for loans
and credit cards.
Plus, we strive to do the job fast.
How does it all work?
When we receive your order and credit report, we will draft a plan that is custom written for your specific
credit situation. Next, we will send out letters that are written with the idea of binding the creditors and bureaus to civil
liability under federal law. Whenever you get a response, call or e-mail us and tell us what they sent you. We petition
both the bureaus and the collectors. We will then assist you in taking the next step. That can be preventing a stall
tactic, challenging an investigation and its results, or challenging their proof of that debt as
inadequate. We can help you with any settlements that may be necessary too. Creditors are reluctant to remove negative
credit off of a report even if you pay it in full. We will show you how to get them to delete the item anyway. In some
cases, even if you settled with the creditor for less than the full balance. This is not easy to do due to the pressure the
creditors face from the bureaus and banks. After we have broken down their resolve and trapped them in a violation, we move
on to enforcement via Attorney General. In some cases, we can e-mail the CEO of the collection agency letting
him know that he is liable for the violations committred by his employees. THIS IS VERY EFFECTIVE IF DONE RIGHT.
This gets the companies legal counsel involved which is what we want. Violations are routine but one must be versed in federal
appeals court case law to recognize them. Most of the time, they are very subtle. You must know all the case law from
the appellate courts that decided on the challenges to the statute brought by the plaintiffs. Finally, you get
full phone and e-mail support for six months. That is more than enough time to get your score way up. All this for $275.00
for individuals and $300.00 for couples plus any optional programs if necessary.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Besides the 3 day grace period before we start, you can cancel at anytime and you are not liable
for the remaining balance owed for work not completed. This is a 4-6 month process so all you are liable for is the work we
have already completed. The contract does not bind you to the unfinished work or fees associated with it.
